The start of something great

The formation of Laser Imaging Pty Ltd.

Our initial services focused on Laser Engraving Services to the Promotional Products industry.

1992

Purchased first laser lab pentacon

We began trading under the name LASER 3D. Within the first six months, we were completing works for major customers, and many of these remain in our top 10 customers today.

 

1993

First Operator

The First Operator was hired to help complete our forever expanding work load.

1994

LASER LAB MULTI CONTOUR

We Purchased a Laser Lab Multi Contour. 

1996

INTERSTATE

Our South Australian facility is established.

We are awarded major works for vehicle manufacturer Holden.

1999

HEAD OFFICE

Our Head Office in Melbourne moved operation to a larger premises in Dandenong 

2001

NEW TRUMPF MACHINES - VIC

We purchased a Trumpf 3030 4kw and a Trumpf 1005, 5 Axis machine for our Melbourne facility.

2002

NEW TRUMPF MACHINES - SA

We pirchased a Trumpf 3030 4kw for our South Australian Factory.

2004

FIRST MOTORBIKE ACCESSORIES

The first motorbike accessories for designed and trailed for Force Accessories Pty Ltd 

Force Accessories established as an OEM supplier for Yamaha, Suzuki, Sherco, BETA and Honda. 

2005

NEW SYDNEY OFFICE

Our new Sydney office enabled us to offer Sydney and surround customers a 3 -4 day turnaround from receipt of final drawings / data.

2006

NEW TRUMPF MACHINE - VIC

A new Trumpf 3050 5kw Machine was purchased for our Head Office Dandenong Facility

2006

BEYELER PRESS BRAKE

We Purchased a new Beyeler Press Brake for our Head Office, Dandenong facility.

2008

HASS 4 AXIS MACHINING CENTRE

This was our first Hass 4 Axis Machining Centre we purchased

2009

UPGRADES

We retrofitted a Rotary Axis to our Trumpf 5 Axis Machine

2010

QUEENSLAND

We established our new Sales Office and Production Facility in Queensland

2011

OUT GROWING - SA

We moved our South Australian Production Facility to a Larger Premises

2012

NEW MACHINES

Two Trumpf 5030 6kw Systems were purchased for our Queensland Facility

2015

LARGEST NATIONAL FLEET

We became the owner of the Largest Fleet of Trumpf Machines in Australia

2016

NEW MACHINES

We installed our 2nd HASS Machining Center.

A Robet Welder.

A 230 Ton LVD Press and a new Trumpf 5030 L52 for our Queensland Facility

2017

MRPC SYSTEM UPGRADE

We upgraded our MRPC System and TRUMPF Boost Software to be fully integrated with all LASER 3D branches

2018

NEW TUBE CUTTER - VIC

We installed a new Trumpf TruLaser Tube Cutter 7000 in our Head Office facility in Melbourne, Victoria.

2020

BIG MOVE

As our Capabilities were growing, we relocated our entire Head Office Facility in Melbourne Victoria to a larger building located in Keysborough.

2020

NEW QUEENSLAND FACILITY

With the increased workload in Queensland, we built a brand new facility in Luscombe.

We installed an LVD CNC Brake press and purchased a new Mazak Tube Cutter for our NEW Queensland Facility.

2021

NEW Machines

Melbourne receives the 3rd DM-2 Machining Center

Adelaide receives their new Trubend 5230 Press Brake

 

2022

QLD Fibre LAser

Queensland saw a new Trulaser 5030 L76 10kW Fibre Laser installed.

April, 2023

Melbourne Fibre Laser

Melbourne received the new Trubend 5230 and Trulaser 5030 L76 10kW

While South Australia installed their new Trumpf L5030 12kW Fibre 2 axis system

May, 2023
