Our centralised MRP system enables orders to be placed anywhere in Australia for manufacture at the Laser 3D location of your choice.

What we do
Our Services
Laser 3D has a standard lead time of 5 working days for laser cut parts from approval and subject to material availability. Shorter lead times may be possible and should be discussed with Laser 3D in advance.
Our 2-axis machines handle high-accuracy cutting with tight tolerances, while our 5-axis capability enables complex, intricate cuts from any angle, saving time and reducing costs.
Capabilities include bevel cutting up to 45°, angled cuts, slots and etching in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
We provide full CNC machining services including machining components from billet material, drilling, taping, chamfering and countersinking
Our CNC press brakes allow us to form and bend complex parts to the most precise angles and radius.
We offer robotic and manual MIG, TIG, and spot-welding services for custom assemblies, ensuring structural integrity and a clean finish.
We offer high speed punching services for producing precise holes, slots and other shapes
We have skilled tradespeople to fabricate, assembly and finish your product
After fabrication, we provide deburring and finishing options.
We can assist you in developing designs and prototypes for new products or enhancing existing designs. As part of the Stratco group of companies we have access to the additional manufacturing capabilities that exist within that organisation both locally and internationally.
