Timeline

1992 - 1999

1992

The start of something great

The formation of Laser Imaging Pty Ltd.

Our initial services focused on Laser Engraving Services to the Promotional Products industry.

1993

Purchased first laser cutter

We began trading under the name Laser 3D and within 6 months we were providing laser cutting services to a number of significant clients many of these continue to trade with us today.

1994

First operator

The First Operator was hired to help complete our forever expanding work load.

1996

Purchased a second laser cutter

We purchased a Laser Lab Multi Contour.

1999

Interstate

Established our SA branch and were awarded a major contract with General Motors Holden.

2000 - 2009

2001

Head Office

Relocated the Victorian operations into a larger facility at Dandenong.

A building with a sign with 3 logos: Laser 3D, Force accessories, and iMP. There are cars parked outside the building in a carpark.

2002

Purchased our first Trumpf laser cutter

We purchased a Trumpf laser cutter for our Melbourne facility.

2004

Purchased an additional laser cutter for our SA operations

We purchased an additional Trumpf laser cutter for our South Australian Factory.

2006

Purchased an additional laser cutter for our VIC operations

A new Trumpf laser cutter was purchased for our Head Office Dandenong Facility.

2009

Purchased our first CNC machining centre

This was our first Hass 4 Axis Machining Centre we purchased

2010 - 2019

2011

Established our QLD operation

We established our new Sales Office and Production Facility in Queensland.

2012

Out-growing – SA

Relocated our SA operation into a new larger facility.

2020 - Now

2020

Big move

Relocated our Victorian operation into a new purpose built facility in Keysborough

2021

New Queensland facility

Relocated our QLD operation into a new purpose built facility in Luscombe.

2023

Stratco

Became part of the Stratco group of companies.

2025

SA relocation & Laser World Technologies

Relocated our SA operation and combined the operations with Laser World Technologies which had been acquired by Stratco in 2021.
